We operate a 24/7 Helpdesk from our Head Office in Wellington, which means our clients receive fast and professional service at all times. Our friendly Admin team are there to help during office hours, with all after hours calls handled directly by our Management team. Day or night, we’re always ready with the information and experience we need to keep our clients facilities in order.

Glenn Donaldson, CEO & HSE Director

With over 20 years experience in the FM Industry Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge to Service Resources. As CEO Glenn is an astute leader with the vision and ability to keep the team working towards a common goal and consistently delivering on our company’s excellent reputation in the industry.

An accomplished manager with a proven record of getting results on tricky projects, Glenn draws on the skills and attributes he has gained throughout his career in a range of senior management positions within high profile companies. For every business the numbers are important, and Glenn’s strong financial background ensures out clients enjoy accurate and informative financial and operational reports on their facilities.

Annie Glover, Administration & HR Manager

In addition to being a Director of Service Resources, Annie is the heart of our company’s accounting and administration and part of the team providing professional service to our major clients. With a strong focus on client’s needs Annie established our 24/7 Helpdesk, and is responsible for implementing and managing the financial and administrative systems which underpin our ability to provide outstanding service to all our clients.

With over 20 years working in administration from the ground up Annie is an experienced manager with practical knowledge in all aspects of administration and contract management, and has consolidated this with formal accounting qualifications.

As HR Manager Annie oversees our administrative teams and ensures all our clients experience the very best in systems, reporting and service.

John Bowen, Operations Manager

A carpenter by trade, John has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the building, construction and civil construction industries. As Operations Manager John ensures that all jobs are completed to a good trade standard, that all relevant OSH procedures are complied with, that contract and project KPI’s are met, and the necessary paper work is provided. 

John has managed contracts up to a value of $1.5m including project and contract management, organizing labour and materials, co-coordinating sub-contractors and liaising with clients to ensure budgets, timeframes and project objectives are met.

John co-ordinates and organises Service Resources in-house Rail Protection and Civil Divisions, and also holds a Level C and Individual Train Protection certificates. He is well respected within the KiwiRail environment, and leads the Operations team to uphold our solid reputation in the FM industry.

John Braithwaite, National Facilities Contract Manager

Having originally trained and worked as an Architectural Draughtsman, John brings over 20 years experience in the Facilities Management industry to our company. John is an experienced provider of outsourced FM services, and has played a critical role in the development of FM systems within large organisations.

John is a founding board member and the current Vice-Chair of FMANZ (the industry group of choice representing the Facilities Management profession in New Zealand) and one of the first people to receive the Professional Member (PFMANZ) recognition.

Working as the Contract Manager for our client KiwiRail, John focuses on building strong relationships with clients, peers, colleagues and suppliers, and working towards resolute collaborative solutions that focus on the right solution for the right assets in the right environments.

Gerrit Luijken, National Contract Manager – Z Energy

Gerrit has a strong background in Project Management and a focus on building strong professional relationships. His experience has included Project Management for Briscoes new store developments, store fit-out projects for Foodstuffs, along with a raft of projects for City Care and LINZ.

With a Diploma in Business and 11 years experience in managing projects in fast moving consumer goods, city councils and government agencies, Gerrit has proven himself to be an effective problem solver in time critical high pressure environments.

Rick Morgan, Enable New Zealand National Contract Manager

Nick Herbert, Architectural Draftsman & HSE Manager

With a background in Architectural Drafting & Quantity Surveying, Nick has almost 20 years civil and construction industry experience. Nick has expert knowledge of the procedures required to provide quality HSE outcomes from his earliest industry roles where he had practical involvement in managing and delivering compliance.

Nick has a strong background in Telecommunications industry, where he was involved in various roles constructing hybrid networks in the Wellington and Canterbury regions for Telecom and Telstra Clear. Throughout the construction of these complex and challenging projects, Nick has had the responsibility for Quality Assurance,  including preparation and implementation of plans through to audit.  This includes management of both sub-contractors and in-house compliance with plans and specifications, Quality and HSE.

Nick carries a range of HSEQ certifications and is well versed in SR’s HSEQ systems, providing assistance to the management team and onsite support as required.

Craig Barrett, Architect

As an Architect and Draftsperson Craig’s working practice is governed by his simple philosophy that the houses we live in can enrich our lives significantly. As our in-house Architect much of Craig’s work is for our client Enable New Zealand, and because the ACC-funded housing modifications can make a huge difference to the lives of the individuals and their families who dwell in them, Craig finds great reward in his work.

Craig applies practical designs as he works with a team of professionals to provide solutions that work well for our clients.
