Project Management Office

At Service Resources We offer a broad range of Project and PMO Service’s to our customers from project conception through to project completion and sign off.

Our Project Management Office (PMO) consist’s of key technical qualified individuals capable of delivering complex projects to the desired outcome of our customers first and foremost. This combined expertise provides a variety of support whether through delivering programs such as business improvement and capital project delivery, providing feasibility advice and support to initiate a project through the development of a business case and the clients teams

The PMO office at Service Resources consist of in house Project Managers, Design Technicians and Architects. We also have partnership arrangements with third party Professional Services individuals if the requirement arises.

We have the required experience to manage all facilities related projects including new builds, renovations, civil projects and capital upgrades. We are able offer analytical expertise using whole of life asset management techniques to assist customer’s in forward capital planning.

Whether large or small we will provide the required resources for all our customers’ projects to be completed on time and in budget.

Brett is an experienced Project manager working with companies such as Manukau City Council, Fonterra, Westpac Properties, Property for Industry, Ernst & Young, New Zealand Post, Auckland Council, Kiwi Income Property Trust and Carter Holt Harvey.

Brett has extensive experience in a broad range of building applications, both commercial and residential.

With over 22 years' experience in the construction industry ranging from Construction Apprentice through to Managing Director for Brett Kelly Builders Ltd, Brett has extensive knowledge and skills in the areas of Commercial Construction, Administration, Management and Communication.

Barry joined the SRL Team in May 2018. Barry brings a diverse range of Health, Safety, Organisation and People skills that have been developed over his successful career in the UK.

Barry’s primary role is to support and Project Manage for KiwiRail. His role includes the nationwide coordination & administration of SRL projects.

An important aspect of his role is to work closely with our HSW Manager undertaking Quality Assurance audits on our management systems, processes and procedures, and auditing of works being undertaken.

Prior to coming to New Zealand he spent 13 years building his career in the Construction and Building industry in London. During this time he gained significant experience in scheduling, contract management and Programme management.

Carl has for the last 4 years managed the Project Management Office at Service Resources and Works closely with the financial function ensuring that schedule and resources are aligned with budget and forecasts.

He is also tasked with maintaining clear communication protocols to support driving the schedule and reporting the functional activities of the business.

Carl is an effective team leader who has demonstrated competence working with regional managers to identify resources and prioritise project programmes. He manage centralized PMO control mechanisms (tools, processes, procedures and metrics) which facilitate control of program Schedule, Cost, Risks and Change Management.

Sam Hart

After a nine year stint with KiwiRail, Sam joined SRL in Janauary 2016. She brings with her a diverse range of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management skills that have been well honed and refined within the rail sector.

Sam assists with the nationwide coordination & administration of SRL projects and she works closely with our HSW Manager undertaking Quality Assurance audits on our management systems, processes and procedures, and auditing of works being undertaken.

Sam is an excellent communicator who puts strong relationships at the heart of her professional practice. She enjoys working directly with clients in the Central Region, and continuing to support the nationwide relationship and Project Management needs for the Bank of New Zealand.
